At TVPalm Ecolodge, our team is the heart of all operations, consisting of over 40 members who are passionately in love with pristine nature and persistently pursue sustainable ecology goals over many years. With strict and rigorous environmental protection standards, we not only serve tourists wholeheartedly but also maintain the highest level of professional ethics, long-term attachment to ethnic minority communities such as Hmong, Dao, and Tay. Based on research on sustainable tourism in Vietnam, especially in the Northeast region like Ha Giang (now part of Tuyen Quang), our team focuses on supporting local communities, conserving biodiversity, and developing responsible tourism products – from using local materials to minimizing waste, following guidelines from WWF Vietnam and successful ecolodge models like Topas Ecolodge. Each member is versatile, has deep knowledge of the environment, possesses high skills in multiple fields, and strictly adheres to TVPalm's specific standards such as "no plastic waste, 100% recycling, and local community support". They not only perform main tasks but also support each other in activities like tree planting, educating tourists, and managing resources, ensuring everything runs meticulously and sustainably.
Nguyen Van Trung – CEO & Strategic Director
As the team leader, Trung is steadfast in sustainable ecology goals, from planning carbon footprint reduction to collaborating with local communities. With versatile skills in adventure tourism and project management, he not only directs strategy but also directly participates in activities like tour terrain surveys and tree planting support, ensuring all TVPalm standards are maintained at the highest level – helping reduce environmental pressure according to the community tourism model in Ha Giang.
Nguyen Van Giang – TVPalm Ecolodge Manager
Giang is responsible for comprehensive ecolodge management, from daily operations to maintaining the highest standards. With the motto “Customers come first”, he supervises three-level filtered natural water, eliminates single-use plastics, and supports Dao/Tay communities through stable employment. He also participates in tourist education on recycling – helping TVPalm become a sustainable ecolodge model, reducing 100% waste with deep knowledge of local ecosystems.
Hoang Doanh – Sales Manager
As an expert in sustainable ecology products and adventure tours in Vietnam and Indochina, Doanh designs inbound tourism packages for all customer types. With expertise in product development, he integrates conservation elements like trekking tours combined with tree planting, supports direct sales, and participates in guiding tours when needed – ensuring TVPalm standards are applied according to best practices from Northeast Vietnam ecolodges.
Nguyen Du – Product Sales Specialist
Attached to TVPalm from the early days, Du is responsible for consulting and selling tour packages aligned with sustainable principles. With deep knowledge of green tourism, she supports international customers (Europe, America, Australia) through direct consultation, participates in community activities like recycling workshops, and maintains high service standards – building customer loyalty through authentic and responsible experiences.
Vuong Thi Hinh – Logistics Manager
Hinh monitors logistics from material supply to resource management. She applies sustainable supply chains, participates in waste recycling, uses local materials, and coordinates with local communities to ensure TVPalm standards – similar to Vietnam ecolodges focused on long-term sustainable management.
Nguyen Thi Lan – Room Cleaning Staff
Lan ensures all rooms are clean using natural cleaning products without harmful chemicals. Passionate about nature protection, she recycles organic waste into fertilizer, supports common area hygiene, and educates tourists on waste reduction – maintaining standards practiced in sustainable ecolodges in Northeast Vietnam.
Tran Van Minh – Room Cleaning Staff
Minh maintains common area hygiene using water and energy-saving methods. Dedicated to ecological goals, he supports logistics, arranges equipment, and participates in monthly tree planting – preserving biodiversity and supporting minority community programs.
Le Thi Hoa – Room Cleaning Staff
Hoa ensures high standards in the resort area, using eco-friendly materials. She educates tourists on waste reduction, participates in recycling, and coordinates with the kitchen team. She also supports local Hmong/Dao farmers by sourcing materials – contributing to responsible tourism.
Nguyen Van Anh – Head Chef
Anh leads the kitchen using local organic ingredients, ensuring nutrition and sustainability. With extensive experience, he creates menus that prioritize Tay/Dao ethnic dishes, reduces food waste through recycling, and supports local farmers – maintaining high standards in green tourism.
Pham Thi Binh – Deputy Chef
Binh supports the head chef in creating eco-friendly menus using local vegetables to reduce carbon footprint. She participates in cultural cooking workshops, ensures nutritious meals, and collaborates with Dao/Tay farmers – strengthening community ties.
Pham Bang – Security Guard
Bang ensures safety across the ecolodge with patrols and access control. With a passion for nature, he monitors environmental threats like hunting or deforestation, supports logistics, and participates in conservation activities – reducing environmental risks up to 40% according to WWF Vietnam research.
Hoang Tuan – Operation Technician
Tuan repairs and maintains facilities such as water and electrical systems. Dedicated to green standards, he installs energy reuse systems, educates tourists on eco-friendly technology, and reduces waste – ensuring sustainable operations for long-term efficiency.
Dao Women from Lung Vai Village – Garden & Grounds Care Group
This group of 5 Dao women maintains the 2-hectare grounds using organic ecological processes. They water, fertilize, and care for thousands of trees using natural fertilizers, monitor tree health, and educate tourists on sustainable agriculture – preserving the ecosystem and providing stable economic benefits for the Dao community.
Local Guides – Hiking, Trekking & Climbing
The 3 local Dao guides specialize in trekking and climbing tours. Trained in first aid and knowledgeable about Tay Con Linh’s biodiversity, they guide tourists through challenging routes while teaching about conservation and supporting community environmental monitoring.
Local Easy Riders Team
This team of 10 Dao and Hmong riders ensures safe and memorable journeys. With terrain knowledge and basic English, they lead motorbike tours, handle repairs, share cultural insights, and participate in forest patrols – enhancing safety and sustainability for visitors.
Tour Guide Team
